Anne Barros is a silversmith who works and lives in Toronto. She received a BA from the College of New Rochelle, New York, and an honours diploma in Gold and Silversmithing from Humber College, Toronto. She also studied at the Sir John Cass School of Art in London. Sold internationally, her work focuses on small functional objects especially flatware. Barros is also the author of a survey of Canadian metalwork entitled Ornament and Object: Canadian Jewellery and Metal Art 1946-1996.
